Turnaround & Delivery

We have recently created a bespoke live order tracking system which integrates with our online store where you can not only see that your order has been accepted, but track it’s whereabouts as it goes through our print factory. Every stage of your order is tracked and updated by our staff internally. You can use our order tracking system to see exactly where your order is within our workflow. Please note that our turnaround period starts from the moment you approve your proof.

Turnaround
The moment you place your order it flashes up in our live tracking system. Off prints the job sheet and into production it goes, first stop Artwork Dept. Here your order is booked into our file system, materials are ordered and artwork files are gathered together. Our artworkers will send you a PDF proof to approve as soon as they manage to get all the files into our design applications, converted to CMYK and are ready to print. Please allow upto 24 hours for this.

Once approved, we receive another flashing job number in our tracking system begging for us to put it into the relevant print queue, which is eactly what is done. The countdown starts. Our printing staff will book your job onto the press to be printed. We often batch our jobs by materials, so your order will be ran with others at our earliest convenience. We don’t like to keep changing materials over on the press per job as it ultimately wastes printing time, we run a very tight ship.

Turnaround times, whilst 99% of orders are kept within them they are only approximate. Please do not book your product photo-shoot or plane ticket before you have received/inspected your labels to avoid any dissapointment. Please remember that we are a printing company who deal with complex bespoke orders with thousands of variables, you are not buying readily available off-the-shelf products, unforseen things can and do happen during production.
