All our adhesive materials can be cut into various shapes. Choose from our standard shapes or supply us with a custom cutting file. On all our product pages, you'll find the option to choose your shape and size. Below is just a guide.
We can custom cut any material to your exact requirements. That includes paper and vinyl materials. Check out our page regarding custom shapes here.
Can I have multiple designs in a single print run?
Yes, we can split your designs evenly over the order total completely free of charge. You will need to ensure each design is the same as the next in terms of size and format.
Can I upload my own files?
Yes, we accept most graphic formats. The best format to send us is PDF format as this contains both image and font information.
Do I supply my artwork on a sheet?
No, please supply your artwork as individual files, 1 design per file. Please ensure all files are exactly the same size and format if sending multiple designs for a single print run.
Do you accept MS Word files?
Definitely not!!!! 🙂
MS Word and other MS applications cause us a nightmare when we go to print, our printers get very poorly every-time they receive an MS file. Please use an alternative application when designing your labels.
If you don’t have any other application, ensure the document is actual size and save it as a PDF, but be warned that these MS created PDF files cause us no end of postscript errors on-press.

What is the most popular material?
Our most popular material is the premium paper. This is because it is a cost effective product and suitable as a general purpose label. Suitable for indoors products, address labels and much more.
Can I try before I buy?
You can order free samples of previously printed labels on your chosen material to get the feel of the material and try the adhesive prior to buying.
If you want a copy of your exact label artwork or to test a particular label size, then a minimum order will need to be placed.
I want a material not listed on your website, do you produce them?
We have put together every material option that we can produce online. If you cannot see it online then we are unable to source that particular material.
Account questions
Can you send me an invoice?
You can print and download invoices within your account. All your order history is within your account unless you have requested to have it deleted under GDPR rules.
Can I change my password?
You can login and change your password. First login to your account, then navigate to Account Details. You can then change your password.
Can I change my username or email?
You can login and change your username or email from within your account. Please login and navigate to Account Details, you can then change the required information.
How do I check my order history?
Log-in to your account and click on the Orders tab. You will then be presented with your previous label/sticker orders.
Order questions
Can I have a faster turnaround?
Unfortunately not, we work on a first come first serve basis as this is the fairest way. We do not promise turnaround times due to the variables involved in printing which can cause delays beyond our control. Such delays include courier delays due to traffic incidents, printer/file malfunction. Saying this however, 99% of orders arrive on-time.
Do you offer white label packaging?
All our orders are shipped without our branding so that you can deliver direct to your clients if you wish.
Why is shipping so costly?
We ship all our orders via DPD, we charge you what DPD charge us to keep costs to a minimum. All orders need to be tracked due to the importance of them getting to you. We’ve tried all the couriers in the past and DPD have the highest delivery rate (by a long way) so we’ve stuck with them.
What is the standard turnaround?
Generally from proof approval, it’s 3-5 working days to when we dispatch. We dispatch all UK mainland orders on a DPD next day service. Some of our products require a longer lead-time such as our resin domed labels due to the extra processes involved.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we have built the tracking system into our website using DPD’s api. You can keep an eye on where the driver is on the day of your delivery and keep up-to-date with any notifications.
How do I order a reprint?
To order a reprint, simply go to the product page you require, fill in the product details and select that it’s a reprint from the artwork dropdown box. You can then enter your previous order number and proceed to the checkout.
